Senators, this afternoon, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker’s Gallery of visiting Members and staff from Kisii County Assembly Broadcasting Committee. The Members and staff are here on a two day benchmarking visit to the Joint Committee on Parliamentary Broadcasting and Library. I request each member of the delegation to stand when called out so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition. They are:- Hon. Alfred Onguti Chairperson Hon. Jane Kinanga Vice Chair Hon.
