(Dr.) Khalwale to preside over the business of the Senate for the reminder of the sitting today, Thursday, 22nd October, 2015. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the reason I move this Motion is because I have observed you sit there for a long time and I know that you are a human being like the rest of us. I think that there is need for you to take a short break and allow a very experienced Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, who is also a very active Member of this House to sit there for a while. I believe that he will be fair in recognizing all the people who want to contribute. Sen. G.G. Kariuki has kindly agreed to second the Motion."}
