He has shown me all the letters that he has written and which have gone unresponded to by the Cabinet Secretary. I was of the view that you look at Article 153(3) of the Constitution which states that:- “A Cabinet Secretary shall attend before a Committee of the National Assembly, or the Senate, when required by the Committee, and answer any question concerning the matter for which the Cabinet Secretary is responsible.” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do agree with you that the committees have those powers that you have talked about under Article 125.
