In the Statement, the Minister should clarify the following:- (i) The mechanisms employed to ensure that, in future, there is a steady supply of condoms in the country. (ii) The measures to ensure that there is a speedy procurement and distribution of condoms. (iii)The Government’s mitigation measures used to ensure that the youth are protected from the exposure to sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS and unwanted pregnancies."}
