I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information. So, I have been part of the team that has been trying to put this Bill together and engage stakeholders on the way forward, and to put up a robust framework to guide a new economy in the country. This is the petroleum economy, which is new to our nation. We have done extensive work. We have listened to a lot of input from other stakeholders. We believe that we have something that we can present to the nation and to the Floor of the House to deliberate."}
