Anytime an impeachment comes, there is the always the possibility of the person being impeached going to court. We have a Committee which decided to wait for the court to pronounce itself on this. I would like you to give us direction. In the event that there is no order or injunction, why should a Committee wait until it hears what the court decides?"}
