I would like to say that when we finally get everything in place – and within two months we should get all the materials to register two million Kenyans – we will put a lot of emphasis in areas which have been lagging behind in registration. I know those areas because I know where the problem is. I have gone round the country a bit. I can assure you that no part of this country will be complaining. I was even in the Speaker’s constituency and the same issue was raised. I assure you that we want to register Kenyans, because that is my job. If I do not register them, then I am doing nothing. So, I am just waiting for the materials and the money and we will go to every school and every chief’s camp so that we register those who are 18 years old."}
