We know very well that this is one of the Bills with a constitutional time-frame with the objective of protection of traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions. A lot is going wrong in society because of the erosion of culture. Culture is the way people behave. It describes the dos and don’ts in a given society. Looking at our forefathers, they lived peacefully because of the respect they had for culture. Indeed, it is important that the State shall protect culture."}
