First of all, I want to thank the President for what he did for the teachers. It had become a very big issue in this country that the teachers were not paid the September salaries. The issue of their CBA also needs to be re- looked into. The President did something which is commendable. I want to support the Bill. This Bill seeks to put education in line with the Constitution."}
