(ii)THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs8,590,461,320 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2011 in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2010/2011 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs22,604,931,358 therein appearing."}
