Chepkong’a is attempting to remedy the situation but he is still doing it the wrong way. The issue I am raising is that the amendments being brought forward in this Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill relating to the Kenya Information and Communication Act, is a major overhaul of an enabling Act. This is also confirmed by a letter from the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kenya who is the Chief Legal Advisor of the Government.
