(Prof.) Lonyangapuo, and I stand to make two comments. First, the Kenya Police Reservists have suffered in the past as a result of the failure by the Ministry of Interior and National Coordination to make a clear policy in terms of remuneration, command structure and deployment. On several occasions, deployment has been questioned in a number of areas particularly in the ASAL areas where these people have served and communities continued pointing at each other. I think as a result of trying to standardize their deployment and operation structure, we will get rid of those suspicions that were leveled against one community.
