I want to agree that drought requires everybody’s effort. Parliament has been taking up most of the time of Parliamentarians. This is the time to go. We have a challenge in Mandera and Marsabit due to conflict. We need to go there, as Members of Parliament, together with the Government officers and try to resolve issues."}
