Mbuviâs dressing could be proper outside on the streets, it is clearly not proper in the House. You will recall that earlier in this Parliament, I came one afternoon dressed in an advocateâs collar, gown and flaps. I thought that, that was proper dressing for this House as a lawmaking organ, but the Speaker made a ruling that I was not properly dressed. Clearly, this dressing, even if it is an emerging trend, is in my view, not acceptable on the Floor of Parliament."}
