Speaker, I just want to seek your indulgence and clarification about the three Members who have just been suspended. One of them is a Commissioner of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). That Commissioner has just been suspended because of gross misconduct. I believe that the provisions of Article 251 of the Constitution are sufficient enough for the removal of that Commissioner from office. Article 251 says:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."}
