From certain occurrences, I think it would be important to expand the mandate of the Board to a quasi-judicial level whereby it will have powers to arbitrate and decide on disputes at the level of a tribunal. We have had issues being taken to court and it has been said that the Board does not have quasi-judicial powers."}
