(Dr.) Machage): Order! For those who were in the House yesterday, you realized that I was on the Chair for three hours, as I am expected. However, you also realize that I am as human as you are. There is nothing so special with being a Chair or Speaker; you are still a human being with all the necessary issues to be attended to. In any case, I, as the Chair, must be in a position to make sure that the House runs smoothly. If there is a problem or issue where there might be nobody to assist the Chair on this long day, then it is my duty to make that decision. I took that duty to make the decision, within the powers bestowed to me as the Chair. That ends the matter. I wish to put the Question. What is it, Sen. Godliver? I would not want this to be a long issue because we have very important business to transact."}
