Prof. Saitoti, I want you to respond to those points of order raised by the five Members of Parliament which are, to some extent, by way of seeking clarifications from you. Secondly, I want you to express yourself on the demand by the Members of Parliament for Kilome and Juja; that their names be deleted from the records of this House on the basis that the information you tabled or gave to the House was misleading. I want you to look at Article 35(2) of the Constitution – and be careful – and assure this House that you have understood its implications. If you will need time, you will say so, otherwise I will want you to be very clear even as you respond to this matter."}
