There is also another request that I want to respond to; that is the one by hon. Odhiambo-Mabona. She asked whether we have a professional police force, or a propaganda mouth of the government. I want to tell her that we have a professional police force. We are in process of reforming police force to become stronger and be able to respond to a changed environment of the 21st Century. Two, the police have never been a propaganda tool of the Government."}
