I filed the proposals way back in April 2015. It is important to put this in context because what Hon. Duale is trying to do is very dangerous. I am a very active Member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. When we were writing this Report last year at the Windsor Hotel, I raised specific objections. I have not signed that Report, if you will be keen enough to note. I insisted that for the Report to be complete and to satisfy the interests of this House and the country as a whole, the Committee must adopt the Draft KPMG Forensic Audit Report on Mumias Sugar Company. I was overruled by majority Members because the draft report was not admissible. The recommendations in the KPMG Forensic Audit Report were so pertinent. I felt they needed to have been incorporated. I was overruled. Therefore, I proposed the amendments---"}
