For instance, Somalis living in Turkana are sent to North Eastern to get their ID cards. Is that fair? Unless there is a policy that requires, for example, Kikuyus or any other community to get back from Turkana to one’s respective region, we cannot discriminate. Can that be factored in the response?"}
