Speaker, what this Bill is saying is that when it becomes an Act of Parliament, the Cabinet Secretary will be required by law to do a countrywide resource assessment of all renewable energy resources. In addition, he or she will also come up with a resource inventory of the same. This is very important to potential investors in this country; people who want to invest in that particular sector. They will be able, without spending a lot of money on feasibility studies, to pick the resource inventory from the Cabinet Secretary and make important decisions in terms of where they want to invest. This is a very important part of this Bill, and this is one of the things why I want to support it."}
