If you look at most of these amendments as we move forward, you will find that we are replacing “in-vitro fertilisation” on one hand with “assisted reproduction” and on the other hand with “assisted reproductive services\" and “reproductive technology”. That is where I am getting confused. We have to be clear because some of these issues, in future, will be grounds for litigation especially when we are dealing with a very sensitive matter. I wish we could all be consistent. What are we substituting “in-vitro fertilisation” with?"}
