My concern is the definition of lucid moments in English. We are not in a court of law. English is very simple. It does not contain all those stories we have been told. I want you not to accept some legalistic definitions used in courts. The issue about lucid is somebody who is unintelligible or who is--- I do not quite understand when somebody says it is an insult. It is not an insult. In a situation where both of them have exchanged words; because what the Senator has told Sen. Murkomen is far worse that what you are asking him to withdraw."}
