Hassan on the reports of the first two conferences. Secondly, the Senator for Bomet does not have to go there. He can even write a protest note. We have seen conferences being held whereby the nerve of the devolution units are Senators. I have never seen Senators given their rightful place in those conferences. We have conferred with my colleague, Sen. Ndiema. He told me that yesterday he went to his county for a conference. However, when he realised he does not belong there, he left in a huff. This conference is a way of wasting taxpayers’ money. This money can be spent on provision of essential services to our people. I feel that Sen. (Prof.) Lesan should not go to Meru."}
