Emphasis is on “national.” It is one of the reasons that I keep on reminding you that there is a requirement in Article 91 of the Constitution that political parties must have a national character. I can see some of you want to imagine that it has become a village matter. The matter, having been raised in the National Assembly, must also be made to look national.
