That is not what we are proposing. We are supporting that every person, man or woman, will go through a competitive electioneering process. In the event the two-thirds threshold is not realised after the elections, each political party will go back to their nominations or primaries. Do a list of the women who ran for political elective positions and pick out women to be nominated for top-up to make sure that we realise the two-thirds threshold."}
