If we care about our people, we should pass this Motion because it captures the aspirations of the people living in the rural areas, like the ones I represent in this House. They cannot come to Nairobi. They do not even know the direction to Nairobi, in addition to the treatment of cancer being very costly. The people out there are very poor. Instead of contributing for patients to go to India, we should come up with a way of treating the disease in Kenya."}
