(c) The Juja High Point/ Ndarugu cross point; and (d) The Bob Harries Road/ Nyacaba Road crossing. (ii) Compels the Ministry to device similar strategies of curbing road carnage in other parts of the country as well; and, (iii)Makes any other order and/ or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the matter.
