In the past, government agencies used to buy the equipment but because of corruption - I understand that the technicians would mess up with the machines in public hospitals while their friends’ around the corner would be working and they would send patients there. By leasing them, you tie the supplier to the maintenance of the machine. In that respect, we may not see many of them breaking down because it is part of the contract that they have to maintain the equipment."}
