There is a report by this Commission and the question is whether the National Assembly has acted on it. You say that the formula is awaiting our approval. As far as I am aware, this Commission must have placed a report before the House for approval. In that view therefore, it is not a problem of the Commission. It is something that we need to pursue as the National Assembly."}
