It is not legalese, but to inform you of the fact that we are building intolerance because in South Africa, if somebody is making a presentation, the loud speakers are never put off until you finish that presentation. But in our Parliament, when there is a feeling that you are saying something that the Speaker or the Clerks are not happy about, the microphone is turned off. It never even happened in the parliaments that I knew. So, once you begin stopping people from making presentational speeches, then the reaction is to find alternative means of doing the same thing. I would plead that that level of intolerance be stopped."}
