The petitioner wants us to look at the procedure and whether it was followed or not. I think it would be wrong for the Members of this House to argue in any other manner other than the Committee to determine the constitutionality of this appointment. Whether a person is a minority or not, the question is about whether the law was followed. With regard to gender, I do not necessarily agree with the Senator for Kakamega. The name can be that but the lady could be married into those communities you have mentioned."}
