Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead the House that he only reinstated some employees? I have a document here with me which I wish to table. It indicates that he was required to reinstate the following people at half salary. These are: Jackson Kimani Waweru, Daniel King’ori Njuguna, Benjamin Cheserek Kimengich, David Kirimi Marete, Patrick Gakongo Mathenge and Hassan Godana Bagaja. This was by mutual consent. This is a court order from the Senior Principle Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha, Case No.1001 of 2009. Did he appeal or go for varying of these court orders before he decided to do otherwise?"}
