This is money which cannot be accounted for and has not been approved by the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs). I think it is better you give us a chance to scrutinise the Budget so that we do it the right way. I would like to see future Supplementary Budgets showing details of expenditure instead of block expenditure the way it has been. I support the adjournment."}
