It does not have to be traditional because there are other definitions. So, by saying “traditional community”, what is Hon. Mwadime trying to infer? There are a number of other factors that make up a community. When you talk of a traditional community, are we out of the definition of “community” provided in the Bill. He needs to explain further."}
