This Committee has 29 Members. If they form sub-committees to keenly follow up matters with specific ministries, the Committee will sort out this matter. The Chair should encourage formation of sub-committees. I realised that Chairpersons of committees in this House do not want to hear about sub-committees. If you want to be effective as a House, that is the way to go."}
