I have a communication on the visiting delegation from Homa Bay County Assembly on attachment at the Senate. Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting staff from Homa Bay County Assembly. The County Assembly staff is here on a four-day attachment visit to the Senate. I request each member of the delegation to stand when called out, so that they may be acknowledged in the usual Senate tradition.
