Therefore, it is true that the Minister could have been taken out of context. But it retrogressed the issue of stigma and that is why I am happy that she apologized, if her comments were taken out of context. I also thank the Prime Minister and the First Lady for clarifying that the Governmentâs position is not to stigmatize people living with HIV/AIDS any more. Therefore, I thank the Minister for issuing a Statement."}
