Member that, as I have indicated, that particular policy went through the Cabinet and the Budget for 2009/2010. It was also contained in the Budget which was debated and passed by this very same House. In this current Financial Year, 2010/2011, the same proposals were contained there. They were discussed and debated by this House and passed. Therefore, I wish to request the hon. Member and the House at large to look at the leasing policy from a broader perspective and as a means through which the Government stands to have extra funds that can be released for education and many other policies that the country is in dire need of."}
