I am sure my learned friend will agree with me that I cannot begin to deal with that. However, with regard to the issue of exercise of collective responsibility by the Cabinet, where the Cabinet is behind the establishment of a local initiative, that Cabinet decision stays. This is truly what we are acting upon. It is nothing related to what hon. Olago referred to. I want to say that Kenyans will continue to be consulted. This is a continuous process. We are for delivery of justice and at the same time ensuring that the nation stays and its integrity is not compromised. I think these are very important matters; there is no way we will not work hard to ensure there is justice for the victims, a lot of whom we know are still languishing in IDP camps. It is our responsibility to make sure they get justice."}
