Nevertheless, because this is the only opportunity to handle it, let me contribute to it. I oppose this approval. It is not a timely request. I understand that currently, at the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), we are using Phase I and have just completed construction of Phase II. It was constructed at a cost of Kshs27.30 billion.
