I agree with the last point by Sen. Kanainza. We have had cases of plagiarism. From my background in academia, the biggest sin in intellectual life is plagiarism; theft of ideas where somebody purports that the ideas of another person belong to them. I hope that we will address this as requested. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, with those remarks I beg to move.
