There are many women who are dying because we have not paid attention to this issue. I know that I do not have much time but, again, in addition to what we have said, I would want to conclude by saying that on the issue of HIV/AIDS, I was alarmed by statements attributed to the Minister of State for Special Programmes. She is usually a very sober minded person, and I would want to give her the opportunity to explain herself. If she indeed said what has been attributed to her, then I will be the first one to go to court, because it is discriminatory, as provided for under Article 27(4) of the Constitution.
