No.OP/CAB/9/67A dated 10th August, 2010, the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the President directed--- The key word there is “directed” all Permanent Secretaries and Accounting Officers--- The letter that you have tabled which is dated 10th August, 2010 does not say so. There is no directive in this letter. I am afraid that your pursuit on those lines appears wrongful."}
