(2A) The information officer shall reduce to writing, in a prescribed form the request under made subsection (2) and the information officer shall then furnish the applicant with a copy of the written request. This amendment will create further clarity, particularly as set out in the African Union (AU) model law on access to information. ( Question of the amendment proposed)"}
