I am saying that we, as a Government, must realise that climate change is with us, and that we should put measures in place to make sure that we mitigate the effects of climate change. I was saying that the maize that was delivered to the NCPB depots at Moi’s Bridge and Kitale last year has not been moved to any other place. We produce maize, which we expect to go to Lodwar and other places."}
