My good friend, Mr. Mungatana, who is a lawyer, as if being a lawyer is the only thing to be in this country, has just confirmed to him that the African Union agreed with the ruling of the African Commission Human and Peoples’ Rights. Why should the Minister leave that burden to our poor community when the Government, including an embassy, can convey the same ruling to him?"}
