Even as I support, I really wish the Chairman would have included the issue of reporting to include reporting on inputs and outcomes, rather than financial reporting only. We have changed to programme budgeting. That would have really helped us. Currently, she is just reporting on finances without telling us how much is being achieved as a result of using those resources. That is very important. Unless that is being addressed, I wish he could consider that amendment."}
