I wish to support this mediation version of the Water Bill. Hon. Speaker, matters of water in Kenya today are very pertinent. The issue that was raised in the mediated version and previous Bills was not really a hindrance as such. It is just a question of agreeing on a few things. I think it is only fair we support this mediated version. Hon. Speaker, some areas that are not covered by the Water Trust Fund have also been taken care of in this mediated version. Hon.
